Established in the year 2004, Peiyu dedicated to the engineering project for beverage, canned or pouched food, milk industry, condiment industry. With 17 years of development, Peiyu has become the top leading company in the industry of packaging machines and end of line packaging systems. From standalone individual machines until automatic production line, Peiyu has fully turn-key capability including primary design, case by case tailored manufacturing, onsite installation, commissioning, startup assistance and lifelong service.

We have a few product categories, in detail, they are sterilization retort systems, automatic palletizer/depalletizer, cage loading/unloading systems, case packing machine, plastic film wrapping and shrinking machine, labeling machine and aluminum bottle filling line etc.

Our machines are widely used in the liquid packaging industry like bottled water, juice, wine, Tetra Pak products. Pet food industry like canned food, wet pouched food or shaped Doypack.

We are an ISO9001 certified company and we have passed the audit of the German TÜV Rheinland. We also have a CE certificate and there are more than 40 patents in our hands, and our innovative technologies have served more than 1000 customers.

We have advanced and high precision facilities for mechanical parts processing, such as HT CNC center, Germany Trulaser cutting machine, Germany Messer plasma cutting machine, America HAAS CNC, HAN’S 3D pipe cutting machine, Canadian Accur CNC bending machine.

We have some successful cases for both domestic and overseas customers. They have the same comments that our machines play a fabulous performance more than their expectation in machine stability, reliability and efficiency regarding. More and more customers are coming to us and in the year 2021, we have a delightable annual output reaching RMB 300 million sale amount.

Our Factory

The manufacturing base covering 60,000 ㎡in Chuzhou National Industry Park, Anhui province, has been put into operation since 2014, the total registered capital amount reaching RMB 60 million. Here we have 300 employees, in R&D center we have 40 mechanical and electrical engineers in total, and we have six branch companies located in different cities like Shanghai, Xi’an, Zhangjiagang.
